UPDATE: DECORATE YOUR OWN PUMPKIN TO TAKE HOME - MATH STYLE!
Stop by between 9:30 and 11:30 to learn about math and money literacy through play!
For children ages 3 - 6. However, older and younger siblings/friends are always welcome.
Free, drop-in, no registration is necessary.
Learn what you can do at home, such as using books and games to enhance math concepts for young children.
Check out picture books with math concepts and learn how to incorporate the story into an activity.
Studies show that children who experience early childhood education are more likely to be successful throughout their school years.
Take home, "Math Literacy Bags" full of math games, book lists, and a special surprise from Lake Ridge Bank will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
This event is coordinated with the Monona Grove Together 4 Kids program and Lake Ridge Bank.
Pumpkins will be available until supplies last. A special thank you to the Perry Halverson family farm for their very thoughtful donation of pumpkins for this event!
