Calling all writers! Whether you're polishing your novel or have yet to pick up your pen, join us for our writers workshop. There will be something for everyone, with topics covering short stories, nonfiction, humor, and flash fiction. We'll examine a variety of work from a variety of authors, and also leave time for writing exercises and feedback on work from our participants. There is no prerequisite or writing requirement.

Please note: when you register, you'll be signing up for the rest of the classes going forward. The schedule is as follows (subject to change):

Week 1 - Flash Fiction
Week 2 - Short Stories
Week 3 - Nonfiction
Week 4 - Humor

The workshop will be led by Andy Millman, who has taught at Marquette University, Oakton Community College, and College of Lake County. He is a writing coach and the founder and leader of Madison's PLATO Writers Workshop. His stories have appeared in over twenty publications.
